Reacted by saying things you wish you hadn’t? Yep, we’ve all been there. The good news is we can do something about it by training the mind like any other muscle in the body.

Emily holds a Masters of Science in Mindfulness-Based Interventions from University College Dublin. Her sessions are structured, interactive, and focus on stepping out of our usually ways of thinking by cultivating present-moment awareness. Through learning evidence-based mindfulness techniques, her clients learn how to work skillfully with their minds so they can live with more ease.
